 Gibson has a safety awards program that rewards and recognizes employees and contract operators who practice and achieve defined safe work goals. Milestone awards are presented to workers who have achieved long-term compliance with the company’s safety programs.
We view environmental protection as a fundamental value. Our ongoing monitoring programs ensure groundwater and soils at the company’s facilities are maintained at the standards set by regulatory agencies. In all of Gibson’s operations, we strive to use resources efficiently, reduce our environmental impact, and respect the interests of our neighbours and other stakeholders.
