Through Rewards and Recognition programs, and in support with our Company
core values, our aim is to improve quality of work, encourage teamwork, motivate
employees, build morale and create awareness.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS:
- Candidate referrals for all permanent positions; or fixed-term positions
that exceed 12 months (bonus paid after candidate completes 6-months
employment)
- $500 paid for Administrative / Analyst positions
- $1,000 paid for Coordinator / Supervisor / Technical Professional
positions
- $1,500 paid for Manager/Senior Technical Professional positions and
above
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:
- $1,500 per school year for eligible dependents
- Dependent is eligible if attending full-time at a
recognized post-secondary education institution, achieving
grades of 60% or better
- Renewable for up to 4 years
SERVICE AWARDS:
- Recognizes employee service and contributions
- Awards are presented on service milestones: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 &
35 years
SAFETY AWARDS:
- Recognizes all employees who have made a commitment to meeting and/or exceeding Gibson’s and customer’s policies, our HSE Program, all applicable regulations, the protection of the general public and the environment.
- Awards are presented annually as well as milestone recognition for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc. consecutive years of safe work performance.
